Vice President, Processors Division, ARM
John Cornish joined ARM in 1998 and was appointed VP Marketing for the Processor Division, in July 2005. Prior to joining ARM, he was Director of marketing at Palmchip Corporation in San Jose, California. Before this, he spent seven years with Texas Instruments based in France and in Dallas, Texas and held a variety of integrated circuit design and marketing roles. Cornish led the development of TI's Cardbus controller family for notebook PCs which achieved 90% market share. He holds a BSc in Electronics and Computer Science from University of London, and five U.S. patents for design of PC chipsets.
