1. Genya Shinazugawa
Shinazugawa also plays a significant role as a supporting character. Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, is his younger brother, and he is a Demon Slayer in the Corps of Demon Slayers.
Geneya is a lone wolf who is uninterested in being friendly or showing good manners. Over time, Tanjiro, his friends, and himself became more sociable and less rude.
The insecurity that Samemi felt after Genya refused to accept him led him to realize how insignificant he is in comparison to his companions. Even though he was badly injured as a result of trying to help his comrades, he did everything he could to help them.
I particularly admire his amazing abilities. The flesh of a Demon can be eaten by Genya for a moment to acquire demonic attributes. Physical strength equal to one can be regained by the individual, depending on his strength. Aizetsu can be temporarily overpowered by Genya in this form.
2. Kanao Tsuyuri
The story revolves around Kanao Tsuyuri. She is Shinobu Kocho’s adopted daughter and a Demon Slayer in the Demon Slayer Corps. The pink-lilac eyelashes over Kanao’s wide, gentle eyes contrast with her wide, gentle features.
A pink and green butterfly decoration that belonged to her adoptive sister, Kanae Kocho, secures her thin black hair into a ponytail on the right side of her head. A straight fringe extends down from both of her ears, curving downwards at chin length.
Kanao, bound by the trauma she has experienced in the past, appears indecisive and quiet to the Kocho sisters when she meets them for the first time. She repressed her feelings and resisted her own decisions as a defensive tactic. The fact that Kanao ignored Shinobu and Kanae despite their desire to win implied that she had been improving all along since she made the final decision on her own despite no feeling or ambition on her part.
Later, Kanao was able to more freely share her thoughts and desires, as evidenced by her relief when Tanjiro recovered from his injury, her telling Shinobu that she wished to train with him, and her shock at Shinobu’s plan to beat Doma. After Kanao’s final fight against Muzan Kibutsuji, she was seen to have recovered her ability to express herself freely. She is a fantastic addition to the Demon Slayer universe due to the way she is set up as well as her emotional arc.
3. Nezuko Kamado
Nezuko Kamado is the second in command in the game. Besides being Tanjiro Kamado’s younger sister, she is also one of the two surviving members of the Kamado family. Muzan Kibutsuji transformed her from a human into a demon after he attacked her.
Her nails, which are long and sharp and fade to red where they point, are the size of claws and she is a tiny, fair-skinned teenager. Her outfit consists of a light pink kimono embroidered with hemp leaves, a paler pink lining, and an orange threaded obi that has a red and white checkered pattern.
The initial human personality of Nezuko was one of a kind and compassionate young woman who values others above herself, like older brother Tanjiro. She prioritized the interests of her younger brothers over her own, being a responsible older sister. She shields her friends from Demons, even after being reborn, despite the fact that it puts her in harm’s way. This has been confirmed by Nezuko’s humane, laid-back attitude following Tanjiro’s apology.
4. Tanjiro Kamado
Demon Slayer revolves around Tanjiro Kamado, the main character. In the Demon Slayer Corps, he was assigned the duty of transforming his sister, Nezuko Kamado, back into a human.
He does not strike without pause because he empathizes with others, even Demons. Occasionally, Demons have exploited his understanding disposition to take advantage of this pause and restart the battle due to this pause.
Despite appearing kind and polite, there is a wave of rising anger and a desire for revenge in the heart of Tanjiro. The first few weeks after Tanjiro’s transition, as with most people, he appeared to be listless as a Demon.
Anyone who crossed his path was savagely attacked by him as if he were a ferocious beast. His fellow soldiers were not spared. He would not hurt anyone else but Nezuko.
5. Kagaya Ubuyashiki
Oyakata-sama is a term used by his subordinates and colleagues to refer to Kagya Ubuyashiki, commander of the 97th Demon Slayer Corps. His family is also known as the Ubuyashikis. Magaya has a fair complexion and black hair that falls to her shoulders.
His skin is rotten and covered with a curse mark that slowly kills him. It spreads down his face and covers his eyes, rendering him blind. His body was almost impossible to move by the time of his death due to the curse.
Kagaya’s smile was like that of Buddha, as Muzan said at his death. Despite his fluid and polite manner, he is highly tactful, utilizing phrases and intonations in such a way that he can attract the attention of his audience. Fans love this character because he has an impact on the plot, and his actions affect the entire story.
6. Kyojuro Rengoku
Ryojuro Rengoku is a supporting character for Demon Slayer. The Flame Hashira represents the Demon Slayer Corps as its newest member.
Young and athletic, Kyojuro stands at 5’11”, a height of approximately 173 cm.
Kyojuro’s temperament is cheerful and eccentric, and he appears very passionate about the responsibilities of a Hashira. Having been trained and disciplined rigorously, he was amiable, pure of heart, and had excellent technique and swordsmanship.
Fans find him highly interesting due to the unique breathing technique he uses.
7. Giyu Tomioka
As part of Demon Slayer, Giyu Tomioka has a prominent role. Having been designated as Water Hashira, he joins the Demon Slayer Corps.
It’s hard to explain Giyu’s appearance; he is tall and muscular with pale skin who is nearly always wearing an emotionless look. Dark cyan-tinted zori and leg wraps, white leg-wraps, and socks the same color as his uniform complete his Demon Slayer outfit.
It is impossible not to notice Giyu’s grim smile at all times. As the most common Demon Slayer, he kills other Demons without hesitation and has little regard for them, except Nezuko Kamado, whom he allowed to survive due to Tanjiro Kamado’s perseverance.
Even though he seems cold and uncaring to those around him, Giyu is protective and loving of those he cares for and calls mates. Firstly, he threatens to commit seppuku if Nezuko ever eats a human and risks his life for Tanjiro. Characters with personalities are memorable, making them appealing to fans.
8. Inosuke Hashibira
Demon Slayer’s main character, Nonosuke Hashibira, is a traveling companion of Tanjiro Kamado. He is also an active member of the Demon Slayer Corps.
He believes he’s the best warrior, and he’s quick to anger and arrogant. The result is that he overrates his strength and refuses to see defeat as an option.
Being raised by boars, Inosuke lacks any knowledge of how humans behave as he constantly assumes others who touch him are trying to attack him. He also does not seem to appreciate the compassion others have for him.
9. Zenitsu Agatsuma
Zenitsu Agatsuma is one of the characters in Demon Slayer. A swordsman by profession, he slays demons.
The young man Zenitsu has pale skin and pale, down-sloped, and scared-looking eyes that fade from brown to gold. Short, yellow hair grows between his earlobes in messy bangs, which break off squarely at the ends where they become darker orange.
The Demon Slayer claims he does not have much longer to live because of how dangerous his role is. This makes Zenitsu appear as a liar.
In spite of his power, he has low self-esteem and even thinks he is unworthy, as evidenced by the fact he thought it was Shoichi’s Demon, despite the fact that the latter had no special Demon-slaying abilities.
10. Muzan Kibutsuji
The principal antagonist of Demon Slayer is Muzan Kibutsuj. All Demons descend from him. He is the first Demon King.
During his attempt to heal his own fatal disease, Muzan transformed into a Demon millennia ago, and since then his dream has been to survive without fear of death and achieve true immortality.
Despite his coldheartedness, ruthlessness, and intelligence, Muzan is incredibly clever. It does not matter to him who he meets, and he pays no regard to anyone under him. In general, he does not express emotion unless his idea of greatness is proceeding.
