SMITE is a free multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) and action real-time strategy (ARTS) game. The game was developed by Titan Forge Games and published by Hi-Rez Studios and is available on PC, Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It was officially released in March 2014.
SMITE gameplay allows you to choose from over a hundred collections of playable gods, immortals, and creatures from mythology in session-based arena combat. The game pits two teams of five players against each other in an attempt to destroy the enemy base relying on their strategy, quick thinking, fast reflexes, and deep understanding of the gods.
With lots of options to choose from, it can be difficult to decide which of the god-like characters to choose from, what you get out of choosing them and why you should. It is important to know all about a god, not just because it would give you an edge while playing with them but it will also give you an idea of what to expect while playing against them.

SMITE TIER list and what it means
Tier List is a ranking based system for all the gods in gameplay based on their performance in conquest and so may perform better or worse in other gameplay.
Tier SS
gods on this list are considered the most powerful of the lot. They have a landslide edge over their counterparts as they have little or no weakness and having one of them on your team is good.
Tier S
Although less powerful than their S counterparts, they are still highly suggested and are the top choices for their role.
Tier A
Usually picked because they are ‘safe’. Neither underpowered or overpowered. They are not the strongest of the Tiers but each has its uses.
Tier B
To be able to use a B Tier god, you need a certain level of skill as they are generally powerful gods and so offer great rewards when used properly
Tier C
Characters in this niche are not considered viable in competitive play.
Tier D
The absolute worst characters to play, Tier D characters are also not considered viable in competitive play.
Gods
The Tier list is often based on opinion and so you may not always agree with the characters placed on each Tier but the gods placed on the Tiers below are based on polls conducted in forums all over the internet.

Odin
The famous father of Thor, Odin is a warrior god that presides over Asgard where he is known as the bringer of war, a sage of wisdom and the keeper of souls slain in battle. Odin and Ymir were the first Norse gods introduced in this game.
